SRI CALLS Calling card Terms and Conditions:
No Connection fee. All rates shows in AUD per minute rate. Rates corrected as at 01/08/2010 and subject to change without prior notice. Customers need to contact customer service to verify call rates before making calls. Calls are billed by various types of billing blocks on many different countries and contact customer service to verify the billing system before making the call. SRI CALLS makes no guarantee, warranty or representation (either expressed or implied) in respect of the quality of any calls made using your SRI CALLS Calling card. Your mobile phone carrier may charge calls originating from mobile phones. All call rates and the billing models are subject to change without any notice. SRI CALLS Calling card cannot make any calls to 1800 or 1900 Australia numbers, and calls to directory or operator service numbers. Ttotal minutes announced for the new cards are based on one continous call. SRI CALLS Calling card holder is contractually responsible for all calls made using our service whether those calls are made by the card holder or someone else with or without your notice. Calls are chared in incremental periods and rounded up to the nearest cent. The first increment is 2 minutes, followed by 4 minutes increments, rounded up to the nearest 4 minutes. Calls incur a 20c surcharge after 2 seonds and further 15c surcharge on each increments. SRI CALLS will provide the detail bill for customers maximum of two pins, if any customer wants to get the detail bill more than two pins they have to pay extra payment and contact customer service to get the latest payment details. Detail bill will only be provided for special reason such as for migration purpose. SRI CALLS Calling card holder is responsible for all calls made using SRI CALLS Calling card. For online customers SRI CALLS can do refund if the customer not happy with the service and SRI CALLS will only refund the balance available on the card. SRI CALLS has the autority to change any terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice to customers.
